We have a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our friendly and growing team.

About the role

Role Location: Outer Harbor – South Australia

All of our cadets have the opportunity to choose if they would like to further their education while completing the program, with a number of certificates available, including:

• Cert III in Business
• Cert III in Supply Chain Logistics

Role Type: Fulltime

• Communicate effectively with Operators through the Container Park
• Courteous and efficient processing of driver’s documentation
• Timely response to issues raised by major clients and customers with courtesy at all times
• Maintain a high standard of customer service to ensure sound ongoing business relationships are maintained
• Problem solve using own initiative, keeping Qube Logistics clients updated with progress on transportation issues

Who we are looking for:

• Enthusiastic and motivated individuals eager to learn and grow,
• Experience with logistics environment preferred
• Understanding of and prior experience with road transport planning & wharf cartage highly regarded
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Team players with a can-do attitude
• Recent school leavers or individuals looking to kick-start their logistics career
• Passion for the dynamic world of logistics
