The First People platform was designed to greater connect Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and businesses with jobs, opportunities and ultimately businesses across Australia by providing a streamlined approach to connection.

How does First People work?

The First People platform has two user accounts available. The first is the Talent account which is for Indigenous job seekers. The second are Business accounts which are for businesses actively seeking to hire First Nations candidates or for connecting with First Nations businesses. All user accounts are free to register and there are multiple paid options for business accounts.
