Join APM as a Senior Employment Consultant to work supporting their Wagga & Griffith teams, where you can apply your knowledge and experience to support your business manager and fellow employment consultants. Your work will help enable better lives as you support your team to assist people with find long term employment.
The role
You’ll be empowering and motivating employment consultants to drive the very best outcomes for their clients. Your teams’ success is what drives you, so sharing your knowledge through mentoring and coaching will be important, supporting them to hit their KPIs. You’ll also lead by example, engaging with your own clients to provide tailored employment services.
What makes a great Senior Employment Consultant?
You’re driven to exceed personal and professional goals, and take pride in helping others do the same. Strong communication and negotiation skills are some of your assets, along with the ability to identify a person’s strengths to create solutions that are ‘outside the square’. You’ll know that resilience is important in this line of work and you have it in spades along with your impressive ability when it comes to time management. Finally, you should have some experience supporting, leading or managing others.
